When we start the healing journey, taking with us the people who surround us becomes fundamental to avoid anchoring ourselves to an outdated state that doesn’t serve us anymore. This class will allow you and them to heal and reconnect with each other and with the whole.

INCLUDED: outdoor class that starts with a hike meant to make us practice being present, to get out of compulsive thinking, and to bring us back to the here and now. Follows a chakra activation and a sound bath, and then a shamanic healing in which I’ll be using my psychic abilities to provide you with personalized guidance and affirmations. We end with a meditation to reconnect with the whole. Throughout the class I will educate you on how the brain and body work, and on how to get out of the fight or flight mode and reach consciousness.
